Elif Kaya

After graduating in physiotherapy from Hacettepe University she completed a master's degree in spinal health. In more than twelve years of clinical practice she has focused on scoliosis, lumbar and cervical disc problems and post-surgical spinal rehabilitation.

She holds Schroth-based scoliosis exercise training and clinical Pilates certification and has worked one-to-one with hundreds of clients. She founded fiztherapy around the idea of "a calm, reassuring space where anyone can learn to move well".

Known for her clear explanations and patience, she wants clients to see exercise not as an obligation but as a relationship with their body.
